        If I could rate this company zero I would. I have been a customer of Caldo for 38 years. Last Tuesday I placed an order and was told delivery in 5-7 working days. I followed up with them this Tues and informed them that I had a 10 month old baby - I was told it will be Wednesday, Wednesday no delivery and finally ran out of oil wed afternoon. Tried to call them to find out what was going on but office closed at 5pm. Today I have had no communication from them despite chasing on 7 separate occasions and each time being told someone will call me back. I have a 10 month baby in the house with no heating, no hot water and just been informed (after me calling them for the final time) no drivers in the area!! Totally UNRELIABLE and customer service appalling! AVOID at all costs!
