        the worst courier company ever, and that's starting at a low bar. very rude driver whose number is supplied but never responds until days later and is then abusive, impossible to get through to customer services, just automated response that tells you what is already on line and is totally inadequate, gives no alternative option to collect; then parcel returned to depot which is 40 miles away and I am expected to pick up. shocking

        Failed to deliver twice. No phone call for help. They have delivered 50 or more times before. No problem with other couriers. Started web chat and sent Google map location and what3words. They asked for landmarks and cancelled chat before I finished writing. They only waited 2 minutes

        The delivery company which doesn't deliver. The drivers seem to follow the given postcode but stop functioning if it isn't the exact location. Absolutely no common sense and no effort made to perhaps ring and ask or try at all. Alternatively no journey is made at all. They just pretend they've "had an issue" as they couldn't be bothered. Usually when the address isn't in a town. I'm surprised Yodel's global rating is as high at 1.4 currently. Utter rubbish. I like to imagine there could be a couple of competent delivery guys working there, love to meet them one day.
