In reference to Layz HOT TUB Uk warranty claim: Please be advised to refrain from engaging with the aforementioned company. Our experience with the services rendered by the said company has been unsatisfactory. We regret to inform you that despite submitting a warranty claim due to the E02 error on the hot tub, we have been unsuccessful in obtaining a replacement. The company has requested for additional information numerous times, causing undue delay and inconvenience. We eventually purchased a new pump, but were faced with a new issue of bubbles coming out of the side of the liner. Upon reporting this, the company requested for further information, and subsequently informed us that they cannot proceed with the warranty claim as we are allegedly using the product for commercial purposes. We strongly advise that you consider engaging with another company, and conduct a thorough review of their services before engaging their services. Please note that our experience with Layz warranty has been such that they do not appear to honour their warranty obligations, and even resorted to interrogating their customers in the course of their investigations. Taking the company to small claim courts. Thank you.

Having arranged the return of two items (both arrived in separate boxes), I was very pleased with the customer service - they were friendly and polite. However, when Yodel called to collect the two parcels (Core Balance who operate under the name Wilton Bradley, were informed that there were two), the courier refused to take them as there was no bar code on the label, which was correct. A further request was made to arrange a collection - having not received the two hour collection slot from Yodel, when they called I was out the back and did not hear the bell. I then called CB again to arrange a 3rd collection. This time I received a two hour slot. The courier said he only had instructions to take ONE parcel, although I had told CB on numerous occasions that there were TWO to be collected. Then Yodel realised there was no bar code on the label that CB had sent to me, so they said they could not take them. Unable to get through to CB on the phone - it says they are very busy, which is of no help to me. Would I put myself through this experience again - DEFINITELY NOT!!! To continue... my 4th attempt with CB to arrange collection of the two parcels. They booked it with Evri for 28.11.22 and sent me a label, but I told them I would be out all day. It was then re-booked for 28.11.22. Evri called on 28.11.22, then came back on 29.11.22. I had printed two copies of the labels for the collection on the 29th (having told CB yet again that I had two parcels). The courier said he could not take the 2nd parcel as the barcode was the same as the 1st parcel - rightly so, there would be no record of it being returned. The courier was good enough to wait whilst I printed off the label for the 28th collection. I have printed off so many labels at my expense and have had to stay in on four occasions, mainly without being given a time slot. In short, none of the above issues were the fault of the couriers whatsoever. I called CB again today and requested some form of compensation for my lost time and for having to print off so many labels, at my expense. However, the management have refused and appear to be happy for me to leave a very honest review of their complete lack of attention, understanding and incompetence. Core Balance have been blacklisted by us and their subsidiaries which go under the name of WILTON BRADLEY.

Ordered a spa on a Tuesday for a party at the weekend, spa was delivered quickly in 2 days, excellent, until I opened the box to find the wrong item delivered, on phoning lay z spa (34 minutes to answer) was told by the customer service agent Elliot very sorry but it needs to be collected first before we can send you the correct order which will be a week away, NOT HAPPY AT ALL, have even offered to take item back to their depot and swap it over, nope no such luck not allowed on site, FUMING now as party is still a go for the glorious weather for Saturday, next week is forecast thundery showers so waste of time next week then, have placed another order to see if I can get the correct model delivered in time, checked mail on Friday and it has not been dispatched, funny that. Would definitely not recommend using this company who hide under the lay z spa banner they are not the company brand who you think you are dealing with, best find a main dealer agent to purchase bestway products
