The service from Streamline has been very good. Our order was dispatched, but only half of it arrived and the box was damaged. We informed you of this by email and Clive Ellis made sure that everything was followed up and that the order was fulfilled. The second package arrived about an hour ago. We would like to thank Clive for his help with this order. Good after sales service is always something that we are keen on. Despite this order not going as we all hoped, we would certainly make repeat orders.

I found this company few years ago now and they have been amazing, always happy to help with questions and call backs as well as replacing broken or faulty items with no fuss. Their equipment is top notch as I run a commercial cleaning company and need it to last and do a good job. Fantastic company would recommend it to anyone Thanks to Clive Ellis

Streamline are a decent company with good customer services and some fairly decent equipment but sadly the ova8 poles are sub par. Streamline sell these poles under license from the manufacturer. I have two ova8 poles and I would not recommend them because they have a design flaw where the side wall cracks along the oval line. This has happened on both of my poles on multiple occasions. Oval shaped poles will never be as strong as a circular design. They cant be used with tubeless kits either and I know personally the people who run the company that make the tubeless kit and they can not make the tubeless kit work with the ova8 poles due to the section thickness being to small to accommodate the tubeless kit system. Hence my recommendation would be to stick with Gardiner poles as these can not be beaten. You cant reinvent the wheel.

We have found Steamline systems to be professional, honest and very good value for money. Purity Solutions started trading 8 months ago as a exterior cleaning business (pressure washing, Soft Washing, Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning) in Torbay, Devon. We got in contact with Ziggy at Streamline in December 2021 to enquire about providing us with a custom built exterior cleaning van with all equipment required for our services we wanted to offer. Streamline have been of great assistance to us. From the initial meeting to discuss our equipment needs and bespoke van design and build. For example, the ability of being able to apply heated water via our dosetron unit to apply biocides to enhance the effectiveness of softwashing on exterior surfaces. Overall installation is very good quality and the after sales services has been second to none with any warranty issues sorted straight away. In the 8 months Purity Solutions have been trading, we are well on our way to having a viable and successful company. With a special thank you to Ziggy, Clive and Rod for all their efforts and all the staff at Streamline systems for helping us with our new venture. Many Thanks Russell and Ben Purity Solutions.
