Spring Farm

Twelve of us spent a lovely family Christmas 2022 at Spring Farm and had all the comforts we could want. The use of the swimming pool, sauna, pool table and log fire were very frequent and on the two dry days having the use of the tennis court was also appreciated. The layout of the house was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen equipment was plentiful and easily catered for the requirements of 12 people and there was always plenty of hot water. The house was in a lovely quiet country location and we would highly recommend it!

My family and I have just spent 3 wonderful days at Spring Farm (there were 7 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 1 to 70 years old). The location is stunning, the facilities are brilliant and the house is beautiful and very spacious. Spring Farm is perfect for a family get together and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it. We were all sad to leave and hope to return one day.

A great house for a family stay. Plenty of outside space and loads of balls, bats, racquets and things for the children (and adults) to use. Inside is equally well equipped with toys and games for all the family. There is a large dining kitchen which meant we could all be together at meal times and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The lounge too was big enough for us all to sit and relax together. Spring Farm is well situated in terms of places to visit and we went to Hastings, Battle, Batemans and Knockhatch with days at home enjoying walks, swimming, snooker and games in between. A real family-friendly place to stay which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fabulous week here in early October. The house was comfortable, homely and larger than expected. White bedding and sheets added to the luxury. The garden was huge for running around in and an exciting trail through the wooded part of the garden was enjoyed by our grandchildren. There was a larger nature reserve just 5 minutes away for longer walks. The tennis court was great and the indoor pool a bonus for the children. Snooker table was popular too. Most of our time was spent in the huge kitchen with a great table for sharing meals and playing board games. There were so many plates, cooking dishes, saucepans, utensils and cutlery we never ran out. I also appreciated the extras that had been left, hand wash, shower gel, cleaning products etc We visited the local pub which was lovely but very busy on the Saturday evening. I would highly recommend Spring farm for a family getaway and hope to return.
