        I was expecting a telephone appointment this am 29th July 2020 at 11.30 so stopped everything and wacted for the call no call !!basically waisted an hour and a half out of my day,would have been nice just to have a text sorry were running a bit late ,still nothing it's 10 past 3 now!

        I rarely go to the doctors, thankfully, but had to visit the surgery briefly today. It was very busy due to the recent outbreak. The receptionist was very friendly, polite and efficiently dealt with my query. I have also had to the surgery last week and I had the same kind of service. Lovely staff and when I have on the rare occasion seen the Doctor, they have been excellent. All in all, a superb surgery.
