Heatherside Post Office

I use this post office location a lot and I've always found all of the staff to be very friendly and courteous.

I echo all the comments below. staff need serious attitude re-adjustment. I'd rather drive to Farm Road, than take a 2 min walk to this place. The staff here epitomize everything that's wrong with the UK. Bad attitude and zero customer service. Do yourselves a favour, go throw yourselves off a bridge and put yourselves out of your own misery. Sorry excuses for human beings.

Collected my parcel from here, was told not to do it again, she complained my box was too big

I had this Saturday morning, and have always had good service at the small post office counter. I only use it for sending parcels. Any other services I cannot comment about

An awful place, where the guy with the beard and glasses and the woman with the feelingless face are lacking even the basic customer service. They make feel people uncomfortable, the beard guy is huffing and puffing, unreal how the post office employs such rude individuals. Avoid like plague this place. Go to Old Dean where the ladies are full of smile and so friendly.
