        Unfortunately the shower we bought was faulty. It had a slow leak that damaged our newly painted/rendered wall. We had to get a plumber out twice to diagnose the problem and then install the new valve needed. Mucky Pups did send us a new valve but weren't interested in the problems and cost the faulty shower had caused. Sadly can't recommend them as we feel the customer service was really poor.

        Product is excellent, just what we needed for our 2 long haired German Sheps. Mucky Pups provided excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Someone was always available to assist throughout the whole engagement from initial purchase, questions on install, delivery and best practices/after care. Would definitely recommend. A++
