        Enjoyable visit, extremely friendly, well pleased with the hair cuts and styling, attention to detail was excellent, salon was well presented, and well up to speed reference cleanliness and presentation, well done to all the staff, and so personally pleased to at last to find a salon that I'm really happy with.

        Recently had an appointment with The Venue. Was disappointed that my appointment was incorrectly booked, resulting in five hours in the salon. Upon getting home I was so disappointed with both the cut, and colour of my hair. Asked for ashy blonde, and my hair was practically yellow. I hadnt noticed under the bright lights of the salon, but was so gutted when I realised. Furthermore, I spent the following three weeks pulling scabs from my head where my scalp had been burnt with the bleach. Tried to call several times but couldnt get through, and contacted them via their Instagram. No response. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this salon, and I will not recommend it.
