Where do I start from? The UK branch do not know how to run a business. Their customer service is non existent, they act like a bunch of illiterates. They do not pick calls or respond to messages. They lost my parcel in their messy warehouse and lied that it had been collected from their warehouse and blamed the courier company for the loss. After 3 weeks of turmoil, Lord Taylor sent a message to say that it had been found in their warehouse, they didn't bother to apologise. All they spend their time and effort on is paying Nigerian actors and actresses to advertise their business. You need to see the state of their office or warehouse in Dagenham, it is like a tip. No wonder they misplace people's items. It looks like it hasn't been tidied for so many years and they keep making videos of the mayhem in the office. The UK team is extremely rude and difficult, unlike their team in Lagos. Their team in Nigeria are very helpful, respectful amd keep you updated on the status of the shipment. The UK staff need retraining, they shout at customers and hang up on them. There was one Tunrayo that was so rude to my friend to the point that she had a panic attack.

Very bad company, had bad experience, do not use them if you care about your piece of mind. Staff rude and inconsiderate. Don't pick their calls. Shouts at you without listening to the customer, don't reply messages. Delay payment, don't give receipt for payment and don't give update of transactions.You will regret knowing them.
