The Oval Practice

I had an appointment booked for today. I had to take time off from work and spend an hour on the road. when I arrived at the appointment, I found out that I was transferred to a different hospital and the appointment was canceled. no one warned. disgusting attitude. I've been waiting for this for two weeks. I dont know if my health will allow me to wait its still unclear how long the next appointment

Going through a lot with my health and the biggest help Ive had is from the receptionist. He has made sure I get all the help I need, his friendly and always has a smile on his face. Honestly I cant thank him enough. All the staff have been amazing, no matter who it is reception staff, nurse or dr best drs surgery Ive ever been with. Its starting to turn in to a Family surgery as lots of my family have joined there now.

Very rude reception staff (male). Please think before register with them if you need to see health professionals there as you always have to go through the reception.
