Extremely rude, unhelpful staff. They're always the same, they ignore you for as long as they can and then they're dismissive and rude. Absolutely no customer service at all. They've been rude to me once too often today, so I won't be returning.

Priced decently as petrol goes, nectar points can be collected, and a handy Morrisons outlet with hot snacks BUT . . . dropped 2 stars as no pay at pump and a very annoying payment system inside (slow card reader with those options which you have to 'dismiss' or say 'yes' or 'no' etc.) Change payment system and it gets a 5!

0 Stars witnessed the "owner" (old indian man) shout, swear, threaten, bang on the window & aggressively yank open the door of a recovery driver attending a broken down vehicle on the 17/03/22, est: 18:00, totally unprovoked & to follow someone into & open their vehicle to threaten them is disgraceful, reading the reviews it seems the staff here do this often & Esso are ok with this? AVOID THIS GARAGE, BOYCOTT / GO ELSEWHERE!!
