        I have tried several times to contact these people on the telephone and left messages with my phone number but have ,as yet, had no reply. Do they want to lose custom in these bad times ?

        Over a week since ordered, no update, no shower seal, no response to emails or phone messages. Seriously poor customer service. I wouldn't even give this one star if none was an option
