We had an extension completed last year. The owner and his employees were very professional and polite at all times. Any changes wanted were discussed and agreed before changes were made. The site (My garden) was always left secure and safe. They were very conscientious when dealing with our neighbours and kept them informed at all times. They went above and beyond in getting the roof material i had wanted at no extra cost with great attention to detail. Follow up service has been perfect. Always happy to respond and would always recommend this builder to anyone wanting an extension or any other building work. They also came back and built us a beautiful garden wall. I can be very picky and demanding in what i want and i never felt any annoyance at this and they were always happy to please.

Amazing family of builders. We have now had them here 3 times altogether, firstly for an extension, then for 2 bathrooms and finally for new driveway, front garden, ceilings etc. Wonderful chap in charge. Very trustworthy and work to the highest standard. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. I cant praise highly enough

Could not fault this company,very professional,very polite,work was to a very high standard,nothing was too much trouble,any changes needed to the original plan was never a problem,any mess was cleaned up before they left to go home.We had extensive work done which included taking two walls down,removing a chimney breast,blocking up an existing doorway,plastering all but two rooms(floors and ceilings),painting every room including ceiling,fitting a new kitchen,including electrical work to have spot lights fitted in every room and fitted flooring to the entire down stairs.I would recommend STC builders and have done already and would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely amazing service from friendly, local builders. We had a loft conversion and an extension to our kitchen, to give us an additional utility room and downstairs WC. Stan and his team were so clean and tidy, the work was completed super quickly, to an excellent standard and with hardly any upheaval. The process of working with Stan was easy and he understood exactly what we wanted, consulting with us at every step. Management of the project was clear and efficient. We love the finished house and would happily recommend STC Builders to anyone who needs building work done.

Absolutely superb. Needed an old porch demolished and removed and a new brick porch erected with pitched slate roof, two upvc doors and a window. Stan and his team were efficient, courteous and the workmanship cannot be faulted. Everything done in the timescale and price quoted. Would highly recommend this company.
