Graceland Drum Academy

I've been trying to learn the drums from YouTube for 12 months, so much content but I was making slow progress because I had no structure to my learning. So I gave barrie a call. Booked my first lesson. I'm now 3 lessons in and everything makes sense. He keeps things simple and sets me a new challenge every week. Barrie is a great guy and has passion for drums and teaching. I'd recommend him to anyone

Having never played the drums before, I contacted Barrie to enquire about lessons. He was great on the call, very helpful and extremely knowledgable so I went ahead and booked my first lesson. I am now 5 lessons in with Barrie and I honestly could not recommend him more. He is a great teacher, extremely patient and explains things in a way that you just remember them. I could never have imagined I would learn so much in such a short space of time and I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and skills further. Thanks a lot Barrie!!

Barrie is a great drumming teacher and has helped me through the years in both my drumming and life he is a great teacher and mentor and would recommend his services to all seeking drum tuition.

I have been a student at Graceland Drum Academy for a number of years and to say that Barrie is an exceptional drum teacher and great friend. Every lesson is thoroughly enjoyable and always packed with valuable knowledge and laughter, Barrie's simple yet effective way of teaching makes learning the drums exciting and fun. Along with his great sense of humour and incredibly valuable knowledge on drumming and on life! He is the one to come to for lessons. Highly recommend.
