        I have used this company before and everything was fine so I ordered again. This order has not been received and company is not responding to emails telephone calls or letters regarding my missing order . Footnote Eternal Bloom got in contact, confirmed my order had gone astray with the carrier and sent me a replacement order so everything resolved satisfactorily and I now have my lovely window box

        Ordered via amazon 26th March for next day delivery. No goods recieved, no response to messages, no tracking details. Can't get a refund through amazon despite it being nearly 4 weeks late. Really poor customer service. Avoid!!

        Great selection of artificial flower arrangements and hanging baskets so much that it was difficult to come to a decision. Mainly o line but if you are local open for customers. So many colours and well stocked baskets , we were really pleased with our choice and has had admiring comments already days after putting it up.
