Orchard Pet Cremations

It has taken me some time to write this review after the devastating loss of my beloved pets with a month of each other; my hamster Pippin and my bearded dragon Rocky. But I cannot fault Orchard Pet Cremations. Richard was so compassionate and took care of my babies and made sure they were handled and cremated in the most dignified way. I cant thank him enough for his kindness. It was been the worst time in my life and having my pets back in beautiful caskets means the whole world to me. And having Rockys paw prints has given me something that feels just the way it did to hold her hand. Thank you simply isnt enough. We are very grateful for how you made such a difficult time for us, just that little bit easier.

I can't thank Orchard Cremations enough. They took my little hamster Normun and within 2 days, he was back home. They are so caring and understanding and make the whole process so much more bearable. Thank you again Richard and Sara. I highly recommend them if you have lost a fury friend

I had planned a home euthanasia for my Springer spaniel, Lottie, for early afternoon. After research, I had already chosen Orchard for the cremation so contacted them with the final details. . A time was arranged for Lotties collection, long enough afterwards to give us time to spend with her. Things didnt go to plan and I had to take her to emergency vets in the early hours of the morning to be put to eternal sleep. I brought her back home. I then contact Orchard to let them know things had changed so they could collect her at a time that was convenient for them. An hour later, Richard came to collect Lottie. He was so caring and carried her so gently. I chose the memory teddy for some of the ashes and to say it was much better than I thought from the images on their website, is an understatement. It is perfect. from the experience I had with Orchard Pat Cremation, I would recommend them.

Our dear old dog, Harris, died last week and Richard and Sara were so lovely both on the phone (our vet took him from our house to Orchard) and when I went to pick up his ashes. They talked about him lovingly and I actually felt as if they had known him. Being told we'll take care of him and look after him made handing him over so much easier. We were in a state of shock as we hadn't expected the end to be quite so fast and they dealt with our indecisions very compassionately. Thank you, so much, Guys. I will recommend you to my friends. You made a hard time much easier.

We lost our lovely dog, Meg and were a little lost ourselves, but the kindness and compassion shown by Richard made the situation so much easier. A huge thank you to Orchard Pet Cremations for the care they showed Meg and us. Kate and Richard.
