Lovely, kind staff. I'd register my puppy there but, sadly, it's too far away for us.

A victim of its own success After spending hours over 3 days on the phone trying to arrange a collection of a prescription for pain management for my arthritic dog, speaking to four members of staff, to be told to come in to collect it to be met with one of the most hostile and sullen early twenty receptionist who obviously went to the same training school as Kevin & Perry (even the lady next to me rolled her eyes at this receptionists demeanour. Only to be told, I have to wait until a vet is free, explaining that I cant wait as the very small car park is overcrowded, my friend is in the middle of the car park waiting and causing congestion. This practice used to be exemplary, now its just turned into a veterinary conveyor belt, obviously with the goal to be sold on to Medivet. My advice is dont get fooled by the historical recommendations, because the days of Heath & Reach giving incredible service are long gone.
