As per previous reviews this company frequently deliver the wrong item and then refuse to give a full refund.
Theyve done exactly that with me, and despite knowing I am disabled are now insisting I return their wrong item to them as they wont arrange a courier to collect it. I think they just send whatever they have in stock rather than what has been ordered and then hope people give up on getting a refund. Their mistake but you pay! Awful
