Had the pleasure of Natalie doing my hair and makeup for my original wedding day and then my postponed wedding reception. Such a lovely, friendly person and even helped get me into my dress when we was having trouble with the corset! Couldn't ask for anything more and can't wait to use you again in the future.

On Wednesday I went to Natalie for a haircut and overall I am upset with the outcome and would not return. I have really thick, curly hair and I am normally sat in the chair for 1 hour plus. My haircut with Natalie was 30 mins. Firstly I asked for a wet cut, but received a dry cut. Instead of using water to trim my hair she used curly spray which goes tacky when dry, which meant brushing my hair became quite painful. I asked for a bang fringe which she cut from a side. So It has gaps and doesn't sit right. My hair wasn't sectioned correctly so the overall cut is uneven. Also at the end of my treatment I wasn't happy with the length of my layers and asked for them to be shortened and got a reply of "well I've just used all this product on your hair. Hopefully it's not too sticky, I'll have a go." I wouldn't recommend. Service: Hair treatments
