Dont know why this company has such bad reviews, they are literal angels. Cannot rate this company highly enough. After dropping out of uni Release Potential gave me hope that I would get a job. The tutors: Ben and Nicola were so helpful. They provided help and support with CVs and cover letters. You also achieve qualifications whilst on this course which looks great on your CV. On the last day, there was a jobs fair where different employers came in advertising jobs, I saw a kickstart position, Nicola sent off my CV and then I went for a pre interview at the job centre, then the interview with the actual company and I got the job!! Thanks for giving me my confidence back Nicola and Ben.

After being made redundant I was put in touch with this company for help with writing my CV & letters, having been employed for nearly 30 years a lot has changed. It started off well, with plenty of communication and arrangements to have a Zoom meeting with others looking for help. The Zoom meeting contained all the usual 'buzz' words, acronyms and little motivational sayings but also a couple of good things. I was asked to send my CV to have it looked at and improved which would be returned to me within a few days, also another meeting was arranged to have a more targeted chat. This meeting was then cancelled and I was told they would arrange another when suitable, I was also told relevant information would be sent to me. I then received an email with links to DWP sites, youtube and college websites which I assume is the relevant info as that's the only info I've received also I've still not been contacted regarding another meeting. After a week I contacted them regarding my CV and was told I'd receive it either by the end of the day or following day but 3 weeks later I've still to receive it or have any actual contact from them. It honestly seems this company is being paid by the relevant authorities to carry out these meetings, to rattle through as many as possible, to meet their targets and get paid. Literally feels like they just drop you as soon as they've hung up on the meetings etc and hope you'll eventually get bored trying to contact them. Perhaps they are very busy and it takes time to get through all the unemployed people but then some contact would be nice rather than just fobbing people off who desperately need a job so they can support their families. I would love the luxury of being too busy with a job.
