        This Village Band Club is "Wonderfully Quintessential" and A Must Treat when visiting Whitworth which has so much to offer all pleasure seekers at whatever level of fitness. Whitworth Vale and Healey Band Club is a tapestry of eclectic local history and village life. If you are lucky enough to visit the club on a practice day or evening, you would be treated to the wonderful tones and tunes of the classic Brass Band, the band have won many awards over the years and would be a treat not to miss. Fine locally brewed beers and lagers are available all year round. The atmosphere is in line with the locals personalities, warm, friendly and above all the service is excellent. Although this Club does not serve food, there are, however; a number of local takeaways and pub restaurants all within walking distance. A great way to spend your time in a very relaxed and friendly place.
