I used Rossendale Law to sell my house, I liked the initial contact from them by telephone to explain the quote. Lily who dealt with the sale was amazing, she was always on hand to answer any of my questions. The whole process was really smooth and I really appreciated everything she was doing in the background ensuring the sale went through quickly. I would definitely recommend Rossendale Law and would use them again.

I have now used Rossendale Law twice for conveyancing and would highly recommend their services. The staff are very approachable and when contacting the office by telephone the call is always answered immediately. They completed both transactions in a very professional manner and went out of their way to oblige.

The team at Rossendale Law has seen me safely through the conveyancing for the sale of two properties, one with a sitting tenant and one with a tenant who had to be moved out. The first one was relatively simple and the team handled it efficiently and as quickly as possible, keeping me fully informed at all times. I have nothing but praise. The second one became mired in complications because the tenant took so long to find new accommodation, but Kim, Lorna, Lily and the rest of the team helped me through the whole process with sympathy, efficiency, utter professionalism and essential patience! I am so grateful and full of admiration for the whole company. My only regret is that modern means of communication mean it can all be done online by email or on the telephone and the occasional document needing to be sent by special delivery - but I never met any of you!
