I bought a grinder from clumsy goat recently and not only was the price the best I could find online but they happily answered my pedantic questions swiftly, honestly and with a great deal of knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for when I'm further down the rabbit hole

I've worked with Tom, Jack and Paddy for several years, and they are brilliant at what they do. The products they sell are great, and they truly are customer focused with a high level of care given to everyone one of them. If you are looking for coffee or a coffee machine, speaking to Clumsy Goat is definitely the right way to go about it.

The beans smell and taste like an ash tray and will be going in the bin. The beans came with a best before date and not a roast date. The only reason theyre a 2 star and not a 1 is because theyre so cheap and the delivery was prompt.

Fantastic customer service, had a small issue with a Wilfa grinder which was a month out of warranty, the kind people at clumsy goat contacted the supplier who agreed to replace my faulty grinder with a new one. No drama no fuss just customer service at its best. Thank you Clumsy Goat

I ordered an espresso cup in November for a Christmas present, the delivery took 3 weeks and when it arrived it was the wrong item. When I asked for the correct item to be sent out asap I was told I couldnt have a refund or the correct item wouldnt be posted out until I had posted the original wrong item back to them. The nearest postage depot was a 25 minute drive away. Poor service.
