Vision Mobile UK

I was contacted by Vision earlier last year to discuss our telecoms contract. We still had time to run with the previous provider. I asked for a call back nearer the time the contract ends. However, by the time I had a call back, I had agreed a new contract with another supplier. When I was speaking to Chris Lee, we were talking about the comparisons between Vision and the new provider. I realised that Visions offered a better telecoms service, so I cancelled with the previous supplier and set up with Vision. I have previously had a bad experience with my old supplier, I found the level of service Chris offered was significantly better and gave me the confidence that Vision would be the telecoms supplier to Manchester Removals & Storage Ltd for years to come.

Excellent service from the start, everything was explained in detail and after the phone system was installed, every contact with every member of the team has been amazing and responses extremely prompt. Well done to Chris and your team, would definitely recommend , thank you.

I don't often feel compelled to leave a review, but what a refreshing change it has been to find a company who provide such an excellent level of customer service, combined with expertise and efficiency. Our concerns about moving away from the 'safety' of a well known provider have dissipated, and we wish we'd made the move earlier. We are extremely happy with our new Vision telecommunications and broadband service, and knowing it is backed up by an excellent support team, makes for a very happy customer. Highly recommended, thank you Vision.

Cannot fault the service. We requested a quote in the late hours of the day and the contract was with us within the following morning. Competitively priced with great customer service. Thanks Simon for getting this over the line so quickly!
