    I joined Flex Training last summer and started training with Zee. Put simply, the best decision I have made with absolutely no regrets. Having had PTs in the past, this was a totally different experience. He has certainly superseded my expectations and delivered way above and beyond what I initially set out to achieve. He exemplifies what he teaches and is always looking to improve upon your last session so as to get the best out of you and maximise your potential. A true progression coach and dynamic trainer!

    I have been training with Justina for over 9 months and it has honestly been one of the best decisions I have made. Justina is a wonderful trainer, always positive and motivating. She is very intuitive and able to pick up on individual needs and tailor the workouts accordingly. Each session is fun, different and there is never a dull moment! As someone who previously did not enjoy working out, Justina has instilled in me a passion and drive to get healthier and stronger. Cant thank her enough for all the changes she has helped me make nutritionally and physically.

My upper body posture and strength which was nearly non-existent has completely transformed. Biggest change has been psychological that my self doubts have been erased and my confidence has skyrocketed.
