I would just like to say I had excellent customer service here at John Lewis Cheadle. Anisa who did my eye test was thorough and very pleasant. Sharon who was absolutely brilliant, very patient and honest when choosing my glasses. Sohail and the rest of the team are extremely professional. I would definitely recommend John Lewis at Cheadle opticians!

Made to feel by the staff at the desk that I was a nuisance. They have thought it was more important to have a chat than serve the customer. Appreciate staff have to converse but not front of house. Never been treated like that in any shop. Would not recommend this Opticians to anyone. Staff need to learn to respect the customer

First appointment here and had my eye test with Georgie who was excellent, professional and knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I chose some lovely new frames with the brilliant help of Sharon who took all the time I needed to choose exactly the right frames and lenses. Fantastic first experience. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
