A special thanks to Claire who works tirelessly to manage the club in good order , she always gives a warm welcome too which inspires me to exercise harder! Awful customer service. 24 days waiting for a refund, chasing every other day, sending emails, calling, contacting head office and online chat, and still Ive had no resolution other than being told to wait longer. Id expect better from a Pure Gym.

Fantastic!! From the facilities to the staff. The outdoor pool and kids play area is great as well. Claire, Vienna and all the staff are always so welcoming.

A shambolic health club. My membership expired 1st of April 2023. You have to provide a three month notice if you dont want to renew which isnt stated in their membership renewal email. I told DL in mid March, I do not want to renew for a number of reasons, rates increased by 30% in two years, spa is badly maintained/managed, parking is impossible, lack of leg gym equipment, drink fountains dont work etc etc and were now end of April approaching first week of may and Im no closer with anyone calling me to discuss it and to leave early. Rang numerous times, emails ignored. No one seems to know when a manager is in to discuss such matters. Its a big of a joke and not worth it the stress and hassle. Very expensive and arrogant behaviour demonstrated. Not the best way to treat your customers!
