Cons of Renting in UK:

Personally I have had a really good Customer centric experience in Ireland, I have been renting my own place for over 17 years in Ireland, but in UK the agencies are more inclined towards the Landlord then the tenant. I believe there should be a balance for both sides as one is paying rent and the other is giving their property to rent so, the definition of Furnished and unfurnished property experience should be up to the stand as stated.
(Please note: This is general experience from all the agencies in UK not pointed to Cherry Picked in particular).

If you are good at emails, they do respond on time and it's normally within a working day. So, communications is quite good.
Call out to employees doing the extra mile:

Had some issue and I was mostly communicating over emails. In order to resolve the issue, I gave them a quick call which Rebecca answered and she did the extra mile to get things sorted out for us. It was important as my family recently moved to UK and that situation was effecting family peace. Thank you again Rebecca for thinking out of the box and going out of your way to help us.
Apart from that, I would also like to mention Kas(Kasim) he has always been on time to what ever commitment was made.
Finally, I also would like to Thank Phil, one of the previous employees who actually left the company now, but his service was extremely professional.
Overal cause of a few glitches It's not fair to totally forget about the good things hence the positive feedback.
