Deckchair Care - Home Care Agency in Cheadle

My mother has been a client of Deckchair for around 3 years now. In that time I have found Deckchair service excellent. They visit a number of times a week and provide assistance around the house and with getting shopping and taking my mum to appointments and also proving company. She has finds the cares friendly and helpful. I have been particulary impressed by Deckchair's flexibility, where my mum has required an appointment at short notice Deckchair have been to accomodate this. They also good at informing if they are concerned about any issues.

Im very pleased to be able to give this review. My mother in law was reluctant to have carers as she has always been so independent. But she has grown to enjoy their visits and to rely on them. All the staff are very interested in her and help as much as they can. They are all reliable, professional and very caring. They arrive on time or let her if they will be delayed. We really appreciate the portal, so we know the carer has arrived and left and the report on their visit makes it easier for us to know what's happening. Deckchair makes her life easier and lets us worry a little less. Thank you :)

Deckchair Care look after my mum on a daily basis, she has the same regular carer, who she has built a lovely relationship with, whom she trusts and looks forward to seeing everyday. Deckchair have a portal that I have access to, so I can see daily updates and see her wellbeing score, which as a daughter is reassuring. My family and I were very nervous to have carers look after my mum but both the management and carers have been professional, accommodating and have reassured myself, our family and most importantly my mum and dad. I couldn't recommend Deckchair Care more, they are fantastic!! *****

Hi. This a review by Stephen Brough not Samantha. We engaged Deckchair about 2 years ago to provide care and support for my mother after being highly recommended to us. And how right they were. The service provided is second to none. All of the careers go to the greatest efforts to provide a caring and professional service whilst at the same time building a personal relationship with Mum. There is no doubt that the service provides my Mum with a much improved quality of life and she looks forward to the careers coming. We are able to relax knowing that the care my Mum is receiving is to the highest quality from a a totally trustworthy and professional organisation. I particularly think the Portal system is very helpful allowing us to view how each visit has gone. In conclusion we have every confidence in Deckchair and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you
