Great service, had 2 car from Dualdrive, both good cars at great prices. It doesn't matter who you deal with from sales to maintenance to finance your treated with great customer service. Highly recommended

Chris and his team have been very helpful, and patient with all my questions. I needed a car quickly and they had a model available within a week that was an affordable price for part time work. The delivery was made by a lovely gentleman and exactly on the day they arranged. I felt very confident that all would be well and they did not disappoint. Me and my pupils are now enjoying the Toyota Uaris and all its extras! Thank you

I leased my first car through Dualdrive approx 4 years ago. Very easy process, the car I wanted for a good deal and Chris and the team were very helpful as always throughout the process. Last year that lease finished and I opted for a Hyundai Kona hybrid, which had recently come into stock. The car was delivered on an agreed date, very happy with it but unfortunately developed a broken generator after a week. Tracey helped organise the pick up of the Kona to the garage and a courtesy car delivered the next day as I had a test. I had the Kona back after about a week but unfortunately, the same issue arose again. Tracey again arranged for a courtesy car so that I could work, and Chris and the team accepted the Kona back as it was not fit for purpose. I was unhappy with the courtesy car so again, Chris was very helpful and this was changed to an i30 and they placed an order for a Ford puma which arrived late January 2023. Although the whole situation was very stressful at the time, and the puma took a while to come (not the fault of Dualdrive) Chris, Tracey and the whole team have always been helpful and supportive, and have done their utmost to resolve the situation in a timely manner. I am delighted with the puma and would highly recommend Dualdrive to anyone considering leasing their car, and will continue to use them in the future.
