        Great carpet for a good competitive price, fitted without any hassle and to a perfect finish. Bob was knowledgable about his products and recommended the right finish for our house. After visiting the big carpet shops throughout the area I would definitely recommend these guys and the personal touch is the added bonus you get

        Picked a flooring paid 500 deposit 10 days go by no response when it will be fitted, so we go in store to be told the flooring we picked has been discontinued so then we had to pick another choice of flooring then to be told a few days later that the one we have picked is out of stock. So after 3 choices of flooring we eventually got the floor fitted not the one we originally chose. Then the invoice has come through the door with an extra 65 charge on the bill due to door plates which he quoted was all included in the original price. All in all communication process very poor and hidden charges after original quote, have to give a star as a review would be a zero if I could.
