Brilliant care from Dr Sarah Griffiths calls me every 2 weeks to check up on my partner due to my partner recently being diagnosed with a chronic illness at a very young age, every time I speak with Dr. Griffith It feels like I'm talking to a family member, She's very caring & helpful, TBH I work in a GP practice with so many GP's but never met any GP as good as Dr. Griffith, and Dr. M Evan can't say enough good things both. Thank you so much for your support.

This isn't new and it's not surprising to see the exact complain by many people! calling up to book an appointment and stuck in caller number 1 in the queue for over half an hour. Clearly the receptionists are ignoring calls probably having tea!

calling up to book an appointment for my long term condition has ended up with being caller number 1 in the queue for over half an hour. feel like receptionists answer the phone as and when they want to and only book an appointment if they want to. if what you have described you want an appointment for isnt what they deem fit to see a doctor about, they wont even give you the time of day. ridiculous.

So here goes i get a text because i have a few long term conditions i phone receptionist put me in for blood test 11th may nothing to do with my long term condition so i said yes but i need to review with a doctor no you dont you have bloods and the nurse will decide so a month ago another text make an appointment with the doctor about your long term condition so since then been trying as my condition has deteriorated after 200 phone calls this morning and being cut off 3 times i now have to phone back in the morning but this is not an emergency appointment this is an appointment the doctors want me to have in saddened as the doctors are great but either the receptionist isnt listening shes not listened to the directives of long term conditions and treating all phone calls as emergency i dont know but its terrible
