Literally the worst GP experience imaginable. Their phone does not even work

Awful place! DO NOT GO! Attempted critical checks multiple times which they have DISCARDED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. I am now going through a really hard time worrying about my health and feeling helpless

First class service 1st class Drs. Very happy with my Dr and treatment plan.Dr Outer very knowledgeable and reassuring and up-to-date with national guidelines protocols and referral pathways .My treatment from the male receptionist Umar and the Hca on Tuesday at the drop in blood clinic was outstanding and treatment by Dr has been swift and thorough couldn't ask for much more . Met Nicki the practice nurse in the week when we both stopped to help a guy having a heart attack so also feel reassured to know first hand the practice nurse is up-to-date and knowledgeable about resuscitation. Thank you to all staff at Heald Green HC.

They never pick up the phone. Tried calling at least 6 times to try and find out what happened to my delayed prescription. They pick phone up and then hang up.

Dr Wright & Partners are endangering peoples lives. I needed to make a appointment and rang over 35 times over 8 hours and not once was my call answered. The day after I rang another 15 times again with no answer, I ended up walking down to the practice to speak to them. Their phone ringer was muted and the lights on the phone indicated there were 4 calls waiting to be answered. Later that day when I attended an emergency appointment the phone was still on silent with 3 calls in the queue. I was sat for 45 minutes whilst I waited to be seen, and the receptionist did not once answer the phone. I even rang their number from my seat but again no answer. thankfully I had the ability to walk down to speak to them, but i'm sure there are some elderly or less able people that aren't capable of doing that. Answer your phones and stop endangering peoples lives.
