We can only mirror what pretty much everyone else has stated. They persuade you to place a claim against mortgage provider, they quote minimum payouts on a 'successful claim'. The claims go on and on, they take out an insurance policy against the claimants name to cover the their legal expenses (albeit no win no fee). Remarkably after a number of years, of which we have been swapped around between companies and lost track of what's happening (or not as the case may be) we received an email to say our claim is closed! My best guess would be that money is made by them through the insurance policy they make you take out! Don't waste your time with anything like this....

Over 3 years since claim started and still no resolution. Always have to chase. And now cannot get through on the phones or by the website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! like many others my claim has been dragging on since 2019 I was told that it takes 12-18 months! I have sent my passport and proof of address more times than I care to remember. I still dont know whats happening and when I call the phones dont even ring

Would give 0 if i was allowed, its the worst company ive ever dealt with,my claim has been going on for over 3 years, making allowances for covid, but whats the excuse now. I have had no feedback from them since sept 2022 and i cannot contact them by phone ive sent 3 emails in the last week with no response, my advice would be give this company a wide berth.

Seems they make the claim. Feed you endless tripe so you or they close the case, but they actually pocket the money without telling anyone. Report to FSA immediately.
