Amazing experience buying my Maserati Levante through Nicholas Charles Cars. The part exchange process was made incredibly easy and the price was fair. Charles answered all my queries promptly and even offered me a part exchange estimate on my old car over the phone, as I live more than 90 miles away from them. If there was an option to give him more than 5stars I would have done it I will most certainly be using him again in the future. Thanks very much indeed!

Great place to deal with, I usually steer clear of used car dealers, but Nicolas Charles had a car I really wanted. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish, no pushy sales tactics, I was made to feel at ease instantly, car was well priced and the deal was easy to come too. Would definitely buy from them again in the future!

Purchased a Discovery 4 from Charles recently for my wife. Charles was very relaxed and easy to deal with - he offered a fair part exchange valuation and completed the required servicing work to the Discovery before we collected. Great to deal with a local dealer vs franchised.

Great selection of premium cars and a lovely showroom. Amazing customer service from start to finish of the purchasing process. The aftercare Charles and the team have provided since purchasing the car has been above and beyond, to which I am very grateful for.
