Extremely impressed!! After relocation of my business,And sadly the additional stress of being let down with two previous paint finishing companies,It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Simon and his team. Very happy with the finished product and the care that was taken to package my order to the specifications I wanted. Excellent communication back and forth from Sarah and Matt in the office,And an extra Thanks to the chaps that worked across the weekend to complete the additional order I raised enabling me to progress and move forward my delivery date to site. avoid. had to give 1 star as it wont let me leave a bad review with zero stars. we delivered goods for painting around 4-5 weeks ago and it has been a nightmare dealing with Simon. he would advise the goods are being painted over the weekend for us to be told the Monday it didnt happen. this happened afew times within the 4-5 weeks. communication has been very poor. he would say he will call me back at certain times only to get me off his back. when I complained to him that if you say to a customer you will call them back and you dont thats poor practice but he didnt seem to think I had a right to complain was just telling me of his problems. anyway my goods have arrived back to me today..... unpainted to be told they can not do the work and we will have to find another painter. no email or phone call from Simon. probably the worst supplier I have dealt with in my working life. we will not be sending any more work to this company.
