        The assistant with the red hair is one of the rudest, most miserable people I've ever met in my life. Extremely unhelpful, to the point of not even answering questions. We went to pick up a prescription that should have been ready three days previously. Told that it wasn't ready. Asked if I could be made up and the assistant said she could 'do it if she had got it' but would have to wait to find out. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Terrible, will change pharmacy, even though the next nearest one is quite a bit further away.

        Excellent flu vaccination service. Despite the pharmacy being busy, we were seen on time, and the pharmacist was very friendly and efficient. Thank you.
