To phill plumber whos work was second to none. Nathan Who did all electrics work was perfect. Holtams installed our kitchen in 2014 which we were very pleased and impressed with, especially the quality of workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, the Bushboard laminate worktops that were originally supplied by International Decorative Surfaces developed a few issues. IDS did not assist in resolving the problems, even despite Holtams very kindly trying to sort the matter out with them. Therefore, Richard at Holtams very impressively handled the problem independently and we were able to replace the IDS surfaces with a corian one. Holtams used Ideal Surfaces in Leicester to provide the corian and they were fantastic too; the fitters even returned to finish up the installation having spent the day working in London and therefore staying on until 7 p.m. to get it done. Their workmanship and, as ever, the Holtam's staff who removed the IDS counter tops and adjusted the plinths after the corian was in, was brilliant. It turned into an easy installation; we were told when all the various elements would be completed and the relevant workers showed up when we were told that they would. Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful, as ever, as were the other staff at Holtams, and it was a pleasure sorting out the kitchen adjustment with them. Service: Kitchen countertop replacement
