My husband drove to the surgery to make me an appointment in person which fortunately was later that day. No explanations just oh sorry we are
experiencing a lot of calls, doesn't explain why I was cut off after waiting about 20 minutes

Then was told my prescription takes 2 hours to make up it was late and I said I will pop back tomorrow.
They didnt even send it down to the pharmacy so they knew nothing about it.
Plus the prescription is wrong its just over the counter stuff u dont even need a prescription for and have now got to wait till the end of the week till the doctors back complete joke and waste of time
