        Still waiting for my order placed in July !!!!!, Impossible to get hold of anybody just an answering machine .Over the last month i have rang no answer, emailed and no answer ??? Shame because it doesn't take much to ring or politely answer an email, the product is great with a very poor customer service.

        Don't buy from here. Poor customer help, very hard to make contact. I ordered some garden lights - delivery took ages after a few chase-ups. Lights quickly failed to work, the owner, Jeff didn't respond to emails or calls. I now have roughly 1/3rd of lights that don't work and Jeff won't respond. Avoid.

        Paid for an item 3 weeks ago, goods never arrived, when you phone its just an answering service that say they will pass on your message. No one ever responds. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!!
