I first did a class with Fiona almost 3 years ago and I'm so glad I did. Fiona is a friendly, understanding and encouraging teacher that follows the traditional method but always offers modifications to help progress your practise in a positive way. She also offers lots of short courses on other aspects of yoga outside of asana e.g. pranayama and meditation. These are also brilliant and help you to connect to your practise deeper. She is dedicated and committed and always responds to messages in a prompt manner. I 100% would recommend trying out her classes.

Absolutely love this yoga class, Fiona is a great yoga teacher - she introduced me to Ashtanga and it has been so good for me. Highly recommend this class - would give more stars if I could!!

Fiona is an extremely enthusiastic, kind, funny, patient and enormously knowledgeable teacher of Ashtanga. I had flirted with various styles of yoga over the years but nothing really got me hooked until I found these classes. Fiona makes Ashtanga so accessible and has slowly but surely unlocked my ridiculously tight shoulders (thanks desk job!), for which I'll be forever grateful.
