I was prescribed Ipratropium Bromide 21mg nasal spray in 2008 and have been using it with great success ever since. I am now being told that you have ceased to manufacture it. Is this really true? How can such a successful medication be removed from circulation? I understand that it is an anti-muscarinic which tackles the over production of a clear fluid/mucus causing a dripping nose. All alternatives that have been suggested to me have been corticosteroids which help to reduce inflammation ie from hay fever not at all the same. I just have a dripping nose and, if Ipratropium Bromide really is out of production, have you brought another anti-muscarinic to the market? I do so hope that you may have good news for me.

Phoned about the shortage of 10mg Hydrocortisone tablets ,as theirs is the only one that my daughter can take. They informed me there would be plenty available from the 19 th August.
