Great company, service guy that I deal with regularly is always hardworking and on time. Never have to wait long for parts and if there are any breakdowns he is there fault finding asap.

Absolute sham of a company, lift been out of service for over a month. They LIE to residents and to Landlords and leave us in the dark. The staff on the phone lines are disgustingly rude and unhelpful. Im sure the reviews above one star Are fake.. make sure to read and believe these 1star reviews before thinking of choosing these people to supply/service your lifts they are not competent at all and seeing the other reviews just confirms what I Already knew.

This company is useless ever since they installed the lift in my block we have had to call them out at least once a month we have been without the lift over the full Christmas and New Year I myself am house bound without the lift as I cannot climb the stairs to the 6th floor due to health issues. To date I was not able to attend my brothers funeral and over the Christmas period I was unable to have Christmas dinner with my daughter and grandchildren due to the lift being out of service. Do not use this company they are useless.

LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. This company is absolutely useless! They make up lies after lies and don't attend sites to carry out repairs. The excuses are the worst and they keep repeating them to avoid having to do any work. Please look at the other one star reviews before dealing with them. You will be pulling your hair out!
