        I wrote a review of Westcombe several months ago and the quality of service at that time was not up to my expectations. I will happily change my review now though as over the past months the company has done a much better job of understanding the needs and requirements of us, the tenants. The new Senior Property Manager (I won't say names here), has been much more communicative, understanding and considerate that her predecessor. I ensure that all of my communications now go through this person and it's made the experience with Westcombe significantly better.

        Beyond terrible avoid, avoid, avoid. They never get back to you and are absolute cowboys and sharks. Incompetency would be polite, but sadly they are getting away with it.
