Very bad service! I popped in to the hair salon to get advice about the hair colour that I wanted, the stylist, Sozan, nicely explained it and took the sample from my hair to carry out the bleaching process, to identify how it would show up. She informed me that she would get in touch, and today I didnt get a response, so i called to enquire about this. She informed me that it didnt turn out the way i had wanted. She then asked to send me a picture so i could see, and said that the colour wouldnt be the same as my hair colour as she had left the bleach for a longer time than usual, since she had forgotten. Therefore, she was expecting me to come back and repeat the process all over again, but I have a busy schedule now and this is not feasible for me. I am really annoyed and frustrated that she didnt take me seriously as her customer, due to the fact that she had somehow forgotten.

Brilliant hairdressers. Always friendly, always do exactly what I ask with my hair. Even my boyfriend (who hates getting his hair cut) enjoyed going there. 100% recommend.
