Horrible GP clinic, bad customer service and difficult to get a consultation with a doctor. When I finally speak to the Dr she was rude and dismissive of my issue and kept interrupting. In the end she hung up saying she has another patient to speak to!!! AVOID

Dr dont see in person I can understand but when they ask to to do telephone conversation she just rang once its not right at all!!! If some reason if you miss the call they dont call you back nor they give you appointment on same day!!! Very bad reception service she been so mean in the phone!!!

Horrible receptionist, treated me and my family like dogs she didnt do her job properly and book my appointment completely wrong. Now she refuses to help book another appointment. The only amazing thing about this place is the doctor (dr ballu) she was amazing and really tries to help

I had bad experience today morning with reception staff(lady on the desk) was very rude and unprofessional she was not helping and arguing a lot for no matter. Unfortunately after 8 year's we have decided to change the GP as the reception staff behaviour is not acceptable. Dr Pandya was very good but he's retired now.
