        Arrived 10mins early for a blood test. The receptionist did inform me that the nurse was running late due to strikes. Fair enough then a man came in after me, his appointment was after mine but the receptionist allowed him to go ahead of me because the appointment system needs updating! Finally did the blood test 20mins later

        There service is most disgusting service ever I had in ukmy previous SP was too good at least receptionist answer the call with good behave but here o my god ..they think about them they are the king and queen of uk and we just nothinglast 15 years I paying tax and Ni but I didnt receive any single benefit even treatment is totally uselessI am really disappointing about there service and treatment

        It's a shame as the level of care here has deterioated over the last few years. Appointments are short and medical evaluations are simply not thorough. Avoid unless it is your only option within the area.
