First valuation received was higher than from other dealers. We weren't ready to sell immediately and a week later they sent us a higher valuation (by 1k). We knew money would be knocked off as the car had some imperfections (plus admin fee 75), but overall we received an excellent payout, within the four days as agreed. No complaints.
