In August 2021 I hired Sai Developers Ltd for a large project involving an extension to my house, which included building a basement with underpinning. Kuntal's pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He completed the project well within the specified time frame and was always available to visit the site when needed. What stood out to me the most was Kuntal's exceptional backup service. He went above and beyond by attending the site after working hours to ensure everything was on track. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Kuntal for any structural engineering project. His expertise, reliability, and outstanding customer service make him a great choice for any project. Thanks, Kuntal, for a job well done!

SAI developors charged me 1200 for a calculation that costs 100-300 (I learned this way too late unfortunately), and that isn't even feasible!! That's how professional and honest hey are. And still they refuse to give me my money back! Also, trying to reach them is impossible. They say they're going to do something on the same day and two weeks later you still haven't heard from them, and they don't respond to your messages or calls. I'm even moving forward with a complaint to the Structural Engineers Association and the Architects Ombudsman. Do not hire these guys, just do not. Also, at least one of the 5 star reviews here is from the structural engineer himself. To reply to the answer below - the work was so good that I had to hire ANOTHER structural engineer (who did charge me a reasonable fee), and do the work according to his drawings. Even if you manage to get approval with these guys be ware that theyll make no effort to design a solution that is cost efficient for you. Also, the guy who was the intermediary here sells himself as an architect, which he isnt (I confirmed with the Ombudsman and opened a complaint). So these are the people they work with - charge you 10x the price and are operating illegally. So, you wanted honesty, full honesty here!!

Sai Developers undertook the construction of our new dwelling in second half of 2020. We planned to build on newly acquired land. We got quotes from various companies and felt that Sai developers were not only very competitive on the price, but also professional, realistic and keen and understood what we wanted and were able to augment our own strong vision. The project manager, Mr Kuntal Patel, spent a generous amount of time with us (telephone, email and meetings) even before we had decided on handing the project to them. Throughout the project he impressed with excellent ideas, quick solutions and design recommendations that were sympathetic to the space. All builders and contractors were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and well managed. The building site was always kept safe and clean and Sai Developers ensured that all workers were briefed and adhered to rules ranging from building security and Covid safety to working hour restrictions. All work was completed to a very high standard. We had works done from scratch, including planning and structural designing, foundations, warranty certification, building work, utilities, drainage, underfloor heating installed, as well as all interior materials supplied and fitted by them. We are now enjoying its precision and style. The overall result is a contemporary, well designed and well-proportioned house that impresses by detailed solutions, and I would like to personally thank him as it would not have been designed in the way it looks now without his input and ideas, which we would have found difficult to plan, and his expertise was invaluable.
